Currently supports left-right (SBS) and top-bottom (TB) 3D formats; Blu-ray 3D is not supported.
Confirm that the content being played is in true 3D format (e.g., SBS or TB).
Manually enable “3D Mode” in the projector menu and select the matching format.
Ensure the 3D glasses are active shutter type (if supported), fully charged, and properly paired.
Play 3D videos only through supported inputs such as HDMI, Google Cast, or USB.
Some modes (e.g., certain HDMI inputs) do not support 3D playback; local playback is recommended for testing.
Test with other 3D video files or different players to rule out source file issues.
Enabling the 3D keystone correction feature will disable 3D playback.
