  1. Check if the remote control batteries have power; replace them and test again.

  2. Ensure the remote is aimed at the infrared receiver window.

  3. If it’s a Bluetooth remote, try re-pairing the connection.

  4. Check if the projector settings have disabled remote control reception.

  5. Use the physical buttons on the projector to test if the system is frozen.
