  1. Check if you are using an external Bluetooth speaker (Bluetooth audio may have latency).

  2. Try switching to the built-in speaker or use a wired audio connection.

  3. Compare playback between local media and online videos.

  4. Update the system software or enable low-latency mode if available.

  5. Try using a different media player to rule out compatibility issues.
