Select the correct source on the soundbar before pressing any playback control buttons.

Reduce the distance between the remote control and the soundbar.

Check the battery: Ensure it is inserted with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated. Replace the battery if necessary.

Aim the remote directly at the IR sensor located on the front of the soundbar.
