1. If you are playing audio from your TV through the soundbar, make sure the TV volume is muted.
2. Power off the soundbar, then restart it to check if the problem is resolved.
3. If the issue persists, reset the soundbar to its default settings:
- Make sure the soundbar is ON.
- Press and hold the MUTE button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- When the display shows the word "reset", the soundbar will enter standby mode, indicating the reset is complete.
