Possible reasons why your device cannot connect to the Apollo S90 soundbar via Bluetooth:

  1. The device does not support the compatible Bluetooth profiles required by the soundbar.

  2. The Bluetooth function on your device is not enabled.

  3. The device is not correctly connected.

  4. The soundbar is already connected to another Bluetooth device.

Recommended steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Disconnect any currently connected Bluetooth devices from the soundbar.
  2. Power off both your device and the soundbar.
  3. Power them back on and try connecting again.
