If the subwoofer fails to pair automatically when powering on and only works after unplugging and reconnecting the power, please try the following steps:

πŸ”§ Option 1: Restore factory settings and re-pair

Press and hold the Mute button on the remote control for 5–7 seconds until the system resets.

After the reset, manually pair the subwoofer again. 【How to pair the Nova S90 subwoofer ?】

πŸ”§ Option 2: Downgrade to firmware V187 to restore pairing stability

To improve pairing performance, you may downgrade the system firmware to V187 by following these steps:

1. Download and copy the attached "update.zip" file to a USB drive.

Notes:

-The USB drive must be empty and have a capacity under 128GB.

-Do not unzip the file. Just copy it directly to the root of the USB drive.

2. With the soundbar powered on, insert the USB stick into the USB port. The update will start automatically and the progress will display from 1 to 100. Once the update finishes, the soundbar will enter standby mode.

3. Power on the soundbar again. To confirm the version:

4. Press and hold the right side of the "Surround" button on the remote for 5 seconds. The screen should display β€œV187”, confirming the downgrade was successful.

βœ… If the subwoofer and surround speakers pair successfully after this, the issue is resolved.

πŸ” If you later wish to restore factory firmware (V188), please contact us again for the update file.
