V143 is the latest version of Poseidon D60.

Must read before upgrading:

If the sound quality of the factory version meets your requirements or the current factory version is V143, you don't need to upgrade the software version. (Switching versions multiple times may cause compatibility issues)

Before upgrading this version, please make sure your factory software version is less than V143(Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds.)(Not suitable for V018/ V019 or T20/T019 or V45 with App control new version).

③ Please ensure that the soundbar and the subwoofer remain connected before upgrading. Otherwise, the software versions will be inconsistent, and the subwoofer will have no sound or will not work.

④ If the device crashes and cannot be turned on after the upgrade, please contact customer service to send a "recovery file", please get in touch with support@ultimea.com.

V143 improvements:

① Optimize EQ1/EQ2/EQ3 sound effects 
② Improved mid-frequency for clearer sound
③ Enhance surround sound quality

Specific Method:

1. Copy the "update.zip" file to the USB flash drive.

Note:
Use an empty USB flash drive, USB format: FAT32, 128GB or less capacity;
The file doesn't need to be unzipped;

2. After the Soundbar is turned on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port, WAITING will be displayed, and then it will automatically upgrade and the progress will be displayed. Automatically standby after the upgrade is completed. 
3. Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds. If the display shows "V143, " the upgrade is successful.

Please note:

This software version is only compatible with Poseidon D60 that do not support the Ultimea App.

For the 2025 new version Poseidon D60 that supports the App, please get the latest software version update in the Ultimea App.

Please do not download the wrong software, as doing so may cause the device to malfunction.

    Thank you very much ultimea team you are fantastic in all technical service and kindness especially great professionals in the minimum time you solved the problem.
    Then I would advise everyone that the D60 works wonders remember that movies have to be in the right format to sound as they should and also the TV sound output etc....
    Of course, I will continue to trust Ultimea, no other brand offers Ultimea's service.

    143 indeed has excellent voice clarity, and I appreciate the clear distinction between the three eqs.

    Initially I also suffered from the soundbar not being recognised by hdmi (arc), however, I pulled the power cord from the bar, waited a few seconds and reconnected, and then my TV received the hdmi signal again!

    la V143 deberían retirarla. No es posible que compremos un equipo Dolby Atmos y no funcione el surround. Simplemente pasando un test se ve claramente que no funciona. El equipo técnico de Ultimea no lo prueba. No voy a criticar otros aspectos del sonido, ya que eso depende de la percepción de cada uno y es difícil satisfacer a todos, pero, que no funcione el surround!!!!! en un equipo 5.1, no se puede aceptar. Como usuario final necesito un equipo que funcione desde el primer día, ¿por qué tengo que ir cambiando entre distintas versiones de firmware para determinar cuál es la mejor?. Sinceramente, es la primera vez que me encuentro algo así. No entiendo a los usuarios que defienden esta forma de trabajar de Ultimea.

    Es la verda la version V143 deberían retirarla, pues es una pena que el Poseidon D-60 Dolby Atmos no tenga una claidad de sonido decente y que el surround no funcione adecuadamente, igualmente los parlantes traseros tienen mucho eco y ruido, no es claro el sonido.

     

    Realmente Ultimea debe tomrse en serio al atrea de liberar una version estable o crear la app para poder configurar el sonido a nuestro gusto.

    Bonjour, je pense que l'équipe ULTIMEA arrête toutes recherches sur le poseidon D60. Maintenant qu'ils proposent de nouveaux systèmes.
    Ils se moquent de nous, et ne lisent même pas nos remarques.

    Hello, I had the factory version V081 and updated to this V143. Now the subwoofer does not connect, it keeps flashing eternally. I can not link, what should I do?

    now i put the factory v83 and it still doesn't connect the subwoofer? is there any way to fix this?

    There is, because I had the same issue. Keep re-installing the factory software version, but make sure to wait a second or two after turning the soundbar on to plug the usb in. That was my issue, I was plugging the usb in too fast, before the subwoofer connected. Make sure you are installing V81 (or whatever your unit shipped with. The subwoofer is “stuck” on the original version while the soundbar was updated.)

    Dear all, in the Ultimea site if you search D60 you find the review and you can find that. So we are sure that there is a new D60 version with a new remote.

    What a sound....brilliant
    After getting a faulty one, customer services at Ultimea sorted me out with a new version.
    This now works a treat and the sound is amazing.
    It makes watching movies and listening to music outstanding with a great bass and treble range.
    You can set it to your liking via the remote and with the new version via an app on your phone.

    The only way you will know you have the new version is by the remote as the box it's in and the unit are all the same, if your remote looks like the first picture it's old , you need the one in the second picture

    Went from v109 to v143 and now volume 5 is volume 15, how do you downgrade to v139 or v109?

    Hi GS, is the same method, you download the file, copy into usb drive and after the Soundbar is turned on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port.

    Yesterday I downgrade from 143 to 139.

    Jacopo Enne On the link for 139, the Google update file link and bottom of the page update file link are different file sizes, which one is the correct file for 139?

    Hello there! Just wanted to let everyone know I had to RMA my old Poseidon D60 due to an issue with my system and Ultimea was gracious enough to upgrade my non-app supported model to the new app-supported D60 like they said they would a few months ago! It arrived today and from start to finish, the return process took a day over two weeks.

    So far, the app-supported D60 is far superior to the old model; even with just the additional midrange and treble adjustments on the remote, you're able to have a lot more tonal range than ever before. While I've only had about an hour to test it so far, it sounds phenomenal; way clearer than it was previously. Physically, it is the same as far as I can tell, so it should fit right back where it was previously located. After installing the app on my phone, my unit already had a new firmware update, and the process of updating over Bluetooth was way smoother than having to deal with the USB method. Through the app, the unit is very customisable, including being able to toggle standby mode off if you so desire. You can adjust anything from the EQ to the brightness of the display, which is such a nice touch!

    I will say, I'm not a fan of having to create an Ultimea account and login in order to use the app; there really shouldn't be any reason why this has been made a necessity. Even for updating firmware, which would require connecting to Ultimea's servers to download, can be done without an account, as evident by the fact the firmware for the old model can be downloaded without signing in. I hope the engineers at Ultimea will consider removing that requirement, as there is no valid reason to enforce it. I also hope that Ultimea creates a separate support page for the new app supported model, as I am sure there are bound to be issues arising when more of the newer units ship.

    Overall, though, I am quite pleased with the upgrade so far. I know for some it may be a hassle to send the old unit back, but I would highly recommend contacting Ultimea about getting your units replaced if you can. I can say it has been quite worthwhile so far!

    Thank you to Ultimea Support for honouring your word and upgrading my non-app supported unit to the new one! I greatly appreciate your support team for resolving my issue and and to your engineers who designed the new model. May the Force be with you all!

    I contacted Ultimea and I actually got told they aren’t sending the new units yet even though I’ve seen someone leave a review on Amazon with the new unit, I’ve tried to get the best sound I can out of this system and just having to mess about all the time because the sound is never right.
    Now they aren’t bringing any more firmware updates out and bringing out a much better version for the same price and leaving the majority of us with a poorly functioning product.
    I’ve had enough and have contacted Amazon to return the item for a full refund, I’m not messing around anymore and certainly will not be buying another product from this company. So sad because I tried so hard to make the sound better but I always ended up with an issue whether it’s to do with dialogue being lost of the rear speaker hissing or the rear speakers leaking into each other.

    I haven't even had mine for a year. If I was able to control more settings like the new one I would be fine. Even an app support would help us all if we can control what is needed. Also, we cant even get an upgrade from being sold an out dated product since no more updates will be available?! Crazy part is ONN has a soundbar at Walmart and the crazy thing is its the same price but with two up firing speakers on the soundbar, which makes it a 7.1 surround sound dolby system and around 4 to 600 more watts. If this could be fixed i wouldn't be thinking of another system! Shame

    Quick update: Ultimea were kind enough to send me the new updated system (they are fantastic via email) I received it 2 days after they said they will send me the updated version and they were kind enough to give me as long as I need to send the old system back which they have provided a postage label for.
    The new version is a massive upgrade! Updates via the Ultimea app, lots of new eq presets and the ability to customise your own eq settings.
    All of the issues I used to have are completely gone and I am very impressed.

    Hola Kwatto no te preocupes, solo tienes que contactarlos por correo electronico, instaura una accion de proteccion de derechos y te regresan el dienro completo, en mi caso cuando le informe que los ivamos a demandar por no dar soporte decidieron reinegrar mi dienro y eso que la compra la habia realizado hace mas de un año por amazon

    Bonjour à tous, si vous êtes ici, c'est que vous rencontrer des problèmes de sons avec le Poseidon D60, ne comptez pas sur le support, il est inexistant. Je leur ai écris depuis décembre et toujours pas de solution ma été transmises. Bref c'est limite de l'arnaque ULTIMEA

    Hola tengo la nueva versión de la Poseidón d60 y la verdad esque muy bien..me gustaría comentar un cosa que bajo mi punto de vista sería mejorable ya que creo que es importante. Sería que el se pudiera subir y bajar el volumen de la pista central  (las voces) ya que para mí gusto es demasiado bajo respecto a los canales de efectos .. creo que sería una gran mejora para una próxima actualización.tantonde.la.app como del firwar de la barra de sonido

    Tenga en cuenta que el Poseidon D60 se produce en diferentes fábricas y existe en lotes antiguos y nuevos, que pueden tener distintas versiones de firmware. Por lo tanto, los métodos de actualización pueden variar según la versión.

    Para la versión 2025 del Poseidon D60 compatible con la aplicación, las actualizaciones de firmware deben realizarse a través de ella. Le recordamos que revise atentamente las instrucciones de actualización antes de continuar.
