Improvement Point:
① ARC/eARC MUTE issue
② Level "1" volume is too loud
③ Modify the soundbar volume adjustment range to 0-100 levels
④ Improve sound quality
⑤ Includes the previous software upgrade improvements: the bass volume adjustment to -2, -1, 0, 1, 2
Upgrade Method:
1. Download and Copy the "update.zip" file in the attachment to a USB flash drive
Note:
①the USB flash drive is empty and has a capacity of less than 128GB
②you don't need to unzip the file, just copy it to a USB flash drive.
2. When the Soundbar is powered on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the Soundbar, and then the Soundbar will upgrade automatically and display the progress from 1 to 100.
3. After the upgrade is completed, the Soundbar will automatically standby;
4. After the Soundbar is turned on, pls check the software, press and hold the "MUSIC" button on the remote control for 5 seconds, and then the display will show "V131", which indicates that the upgrade has been successful.

I like this update, I feel that the sound is much better and the HDMI CEC function is excellent, raising and lowering the volume now works as it should. Thank you
I am also happy with the update, well done.
As a side note, I still wish that the eq display logic was slightly different. Specifically, it would be amazing if every time the format changes (eg from surround to atmos) it automatically turned on just to display the new format and quickly turn off again. Not sure if it is feasible though.
Exactly, I missed that detail, it no longer shows the sound change nor that before when pressing the eARC button it showed what sound quality it was transmitting in...if possible, repair those two details in a future update.
I have 2 small issues overall still:
1. Volume takes way too long to change large amounts. I personally wish it was only like 1-50 or there was an option to change volume in increments of 2.
2. The LED is too bright and stays on too long. Sometimes it'll just display EARC indefinitely. I wish there was an option to significantly dim it, or have it turn off much quicker.
Finally soundbar sound level corresponds to TV level (e.g. soundbar level 40 and TV level shows 40) - that's fine (in previous versions there was missmatch, e.g. 15 in soundbar while TV shows 40), the quality overall is more balanced. Now what's negative:
1) Where bass gone????!!!! Are you checking before release new sw version? Even +2 Bass changes nothing!
2) In TV sound output setting AUTO, the soundbar output level (eARC) is really low. If I select Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital Plus - the level comes in right level, but then appears sound delay, visible in lips, etc. Dear Ultimea engineers, why you are making so many sw versions, but can't finalize and make it balanced in all shapes - bass, sound level missmatch, etc. Pls, try more and more hard, but make it usable.
2) Why 100 steps in volume selection? Do you really feel OK to waist a time to set right level? I thing 10 would be fine, think twice!
So I'm forced to go back with V.98+T11.1. This combination sounds much better (balanced bass), still has missmatches in sound levels (TV vs soundbar), has no sound level issues with AUTO settinng in TV output.
I wish Ultimea had an in app customisation for the EQ. On this update the vocals are better than the original version but now lacking bass, even at max bass.

Das kann ich nicht sagen. Der Bass ist bei 2 so kräftig, dass ich meist nur bei 1 bin. Merkwürdig.
Eine EQ Einstellung per App wäre toll, aber bei dem Preis nicht etwas viel verlangt?😉😀
Fyi, for me the bass works perfectly as usual...
I updated to 131 version few weeks ago, but today it suddenly started playing bass incredibly loud and rest of the sounds muffled. How can I update back to factory version? The mentioned method doesn't work with usb dongle.
Is it possible that the ZIP file is corrupt? It doesn't work for me, no matter how I try to download it.

To revert back to the factory version, we recommend downloading the original software version V59. You can find the corresponding download link by referring to the following instructions: https://support.ultimea.com/hc/en-us/articles/24403080252697-Nova-S50-Factory-Version-V59.
This will allow you to restore your device to its original state.

Could you please make an update based on this V131 version with reduced background noise and improved vocal clarity? Because with V131 if there are background music or effects (like explosions, car/airplane noise etc.) it's very hard to hear the vocals. Sometimes couldn't hear a single thing from conversations. SInce today Nova S50 has suddenly stop working ...
It has start by having sound only from boomer instead of the bar, so I have unplugged it and no more sound
I have changed HMDI cable, nothing too
I have tried to update to version 149 I had sound but the behaviour was the same as the one that all of us had with sound to loud
So I downgrade to V131 but the soundbar seems running randomly sometimes yes and sometimes not...
And of course it happen some days after the limit of the date to return the product :(

@victor have you tried simply changing between movie and music setting?
On my firestick movie sounds better, clearer and louder but on my Hisense U7K and PS5 the Music setting sounds better, clearer and louder. Firestick set to Best available in settings and TV/PS5 set to AV receiver and Dolby Atmos.
Not quite sure what Game setting is for as it sounds terrible on everything?
Using V98
Vocals are clearer than stock factory V59 while maintaining bass. it is also better than V149, much warmer and higher quality vocals. Cannot speak for other firmware updates as I was not able to install them. I am using PCM output from my tv and movie mode on soundbar remote.
