Improvement Point:

Reduce the volume of the soundbar

Upgrade Method:

1. Download and Copy the "update.zip" file in the attachment to a USB flash drive
Note:
① The USB flash drive is empty and has a capacity of less than 128GB(FAT32/FAT format)
② You don't need to unzip the file, just copy it to a USB flash drive

2. When the Soundbar is powered on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the Soundbar, and then the Soundbar will upgrade automatically and display the progress from 1 to 100

3. After the upgrade is completed, the Soundbar will automatically standby
4. After the Soundbar is turned on, pls check the software, press and hold the "MUSIC" button on the remote control for 5 seconds, and then the display will show T11.1, which indicates that the upgrade has been successful

    Given some users' feedback that the volume is still too loud after downloading T093, we have released the latest T11.1. This version nicely improves the problem of too much volume at the first level.

    Is this update based on V98? If yes, shall I first update from V93 (my current version) to V98, then install T11.1? Thank you.

    I have updated from v93 to v98 and now v111, is there a way to display the codec that is been used using the remote, my tv supports atmos, but so far I have not seen the codec show on the soundbar, I have seen dolby audio and dolby surround but not seen dolby plus. The soundbar is using earc, and my tv is set to passthrough, I realise nova s50 only can support the atmos codec but thought the soundbar could use the dolby plus codec instead or at least display it, thanks

    You need to set the sound mode to “music” to be able to decode atmos or DD

    Thank you for your comments.
    T11.1 is a customized software to improve the problem based on customer feedback that the level 1 volume is too loud after upgrading the T093 and V98, so it contains the improvement points of the T093 and V98.
    If you also feel that the level 1 volume is too loud and is not suitable for night, then you can directly download the T11.1 software and install it.(No need to download separate different software versions)

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I have consulted with the techs and if you are playing Dolby Plus audio, the soundbar LED is also displaying "Dolby Surround".
    Cannot operated from the remote control to achieve an LED display in "Dolby Plus" format.

    I have been using a Nvidia shield the setting to allow atmos and surround on the soundbar on the shield is under settings- > device pref -> display and sound -> advanced sound settings -> match content audio resolution (night mode will need turning off for this option) turn content audio resolution

    Since t11.1 update I have had an issue where the sound goes off on the soundbar, turn the tv off and on the sound comes back, if you turn off and on with the soundbar it comes back on again, its like its losing to synchronisation

    After installing version T11, computers running Windows 11 can connect speakers but cannot produce sound. The sound continues when connecting to bluetooth.

    Depending on your situation, our technicians recommend:
    1. Power off the Soundbar and restart/restore factory settings
    2. Power off the TV, unplug the HDMI cable and reconnect the Soundbar
    3. Switch between different signal source modes
    4. Replace a new 2.1 HDMI cable

    I have switched the customized software on the Nova S50 several times between version V98 and T11.1. In my opinion the T11.1 lacks the "vocal/treble clarity", which really shines on the V98 update (which really needs the lower volume, especially on music/movie mode). This is also true for higher volumes, which can both be achieved with the V98 and T11.1 version (not just on the super low T11.1 volumes, well below the v98 volume setting 1). 

    Additionally the balance between treble and bass tends to get worse when generally reaching the lower volumes (both at T11.1 and V98), when sounds tend to get very bass heavy.

    T11.1 is a customized version, mainly suitable for customers who feel that the soundbar volume is too loud.
    V98 is our official software for Nova S50. We recommend V98 more.

    Non riesco ad aggiornare la Nova s50 con gli aggiornamenti T11.1 e neanche V98 sembra che il file sia corrotto.Come posso risolvere?

    Siamo spiacenti di sentire questo problema.
    Il software non si aggiorna dopo aver inserito la chiavetta USB nella soundbar? O c'è un altro problema?
    Le consigliamo di:
    Formattare la chiavetta USB, quindi scaricare il pacchetto di installazione del software T11.1 sul computer e copiarlo direttamente sulla chiavetta USB (non cercare di aprire il file).
    Se si verificano ancora problemi, ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica del dispositivo e sostituire la chiavetta USB con una nuova per l'aggiornamento.
    Inoltre, qual è il vostro software di fabbrica?
