After you have connected the power cord, please press the Power button and wait until "----" appears on the screen of the soundbar before switching the mode.【ARC/BT/OPT】

Please confirm whether the LED of the soundbar is light on:
1. The LED is not on, please confirm if the power adapter is properly connected. If there is still no light, it may be an adapter failure. Please contact customer service to replace the adapter.
2. The LED is on, but only "-" or "----" is displayed on the LED screen and won't power on, it may be that static electricity caused by rising temperature causes the product to get stuck when starting up.

① Try to unplug the subwoofer power cable, and wait 30 minutes
② Unplug the soundbar power cord, and wait 30 minutes, then plug it back in and try to turn it on.

This is an effective method shared by other customers. we hope it can help everyone solve the problem:
1. Make sure to disconnect the soundbar completely from all sources, Do not connect any cables to the soundbar. (all sound input needs to be removed and power disconnected from the back of the soundbar)

2. Unplug the subwoofer power cable

3. Leave everything unplugged and off for a minimum of 4 hours.

4. After four hours plug back in the sound input (HDMI ARC, Optical, or AUX).

5. Next plug the sound bar into the power to try to turn on the soundbar.

Note:
If the device crashes and cannot be turned on or does not work when installing new software(V43/V49), please contact our customer service department and we will provide you with a recovery file to solve the problem.

If this issue persists, please contact Ultimea customer support at support@ultimea.com for further assistance. We will service you ASAP!

    Hi Everyone,

To whom ever bumps into this possible problem. May I suggest the following , which ended up fixing this issue for me.

    1. Make sure to disconnect the sound bar completely from all sources, nothing should be hooked up to the sound bar. (all sound input need to be removed and power disconnected from the back of the bar)

    2. Turn off the bass speaker.

    3. Leave everything unplugged and off for a minimum of four hours.

    4. After the four hours plug back in the sound input (HDMI ARC, or  Optical, or AUX)

    5. Next plug in the sound bar into the power source.

For me once I did these steps it fixed my issue I was having.

I hope these steps help and enjoy your excellent surround sound bar and speakers. Thank you.

Hello. The soundbar works well but I regularly encounter a bug when switching on. The firmware version is the latest V49.
I turn the soundbar on and off at the same time as the TV.
Randomly and after a few days of use, the subwoofer sometimes fails to pair with the soundbar. SUB flashes constantly. The only way is to unplug the subwoofer and plug it back in and it works again.
Is this a software bug or is it an inherent problem with bluetooth devices that sometimes require you to unplug them completely?
I got around the problem by plugging the subwoofer into a socket with a switch. This allows me to unplug the subwoofer when the soundbar is off.
    Thank you for your help.

    Dear BoxyWeb,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the soundbar works well, though we understand the frustration with the subwoofer pairing issue.

This may be due to Bluetooth interference or a minor firmware bug. Re-pairing should not be needed as often as you're experiencing.

Since you’ve updated to V49 and tried repositioning the subwoofer, it could be a power management issue. Your switchable socket workaround is helpful but shouldn’t be necessary long-term.

We recommend checking for interference from nearby devices and resetting both the subwoofer and soundbar to factory settings for a fresh pairing.

If the issue persists, feel free to contact support@ultimea.com for further assistance.

You are right. I moved the Amazon Firestick that was near the sound bar. The bluetooth connection seems more stable. We will see in time if the problem persists.
