No Power🔥🔥


Please try these steps to solve the issue:

  1. Check whether the indicator light (white “-” on the LED display)  of the sound bar is on,  and then please press the POWER button on the remote control or the right of your sound bar. (white “----” on the LED display)
  2. Please ensure the power cord is securely connected. If the soundbar is completely unresponsive and there are no lights, it may be caused by a power cord connection problem or a faulty power adapter. 
  3. Plug a different device into the electrical outlet to verify that the outlet is working correctly.
  4. If the light is on but the device is not working, please try to restore the factory
