- Check whether the indicator light (white “-” on the LED display) of the sound bar is on, and then please press the POWER button on the remote control or the right of your sound bar. (white “----” on the LED display)
- Please ensure the power cord is securely connected. If the soundbar is completely unresponsive and there are no lights, it may be caused by a power cord connection problem or a faulty power adapter.
- Plug a different device into the electrical outlet to verify that the outlet is working correctly.
- If the light is on but the device is not working, please try to restore the factory
