If you experience background noise or intermittent audio during Bluetooth connection, this may be caused by interference signals in the surrounding environment.

Please try the following:

  • Check the connection distance: In an open, line‑of‑sight environment without interference, the Bluetooth connection distance can be >20 m. Technical specifications: frequency offset ±25 kHz, sensitivity ‑85 dBm, BER ≤ 0.1%.
  • Avoid strong interference sources: Make sure there are no high‑power electrical appliances nearby that may cause interference, such as Wi‑Fi routers.
  • Try another audio source or media file: In some cases, the issue may be related to a specific audio source or media file.
  • Try another phone or TV: Connect via Bluetooth using a different phone or TV to rule out compatibility issues.
