If the subwoofer or surround speakers do not connect automatically after power‑on, check the indicator status and follow the steps below.
Indicator Status
- Slow‑flashing white: Not connected / reconnectin
- Steady white: Connected
Auto Reconnect on Power‑On
When powered on, the subwoofer and surround speakers automatically power on and attempt to reconnect to the soundbar. Reconnection usually completes within about 3 seconds. If no connection is established within 5 minutes, the indicator turns off and the device enters standby.
Manual Pairing
Put the main unit into pairing mode: Press and hold the XUPMIX button on the remote control for 5 seconds. The main unit LED will show “PAIR” flashing slowly. Pairing mode lasts for 5 minutes.
Put the subwoofer and surround speakers into pairing mode: Press and hold the pairing button on the subwoofer and each surround speaker for 5 seconds. The indicator will change from steady on / slow flashing to fast flashing.
Pairing successful: When the soundbar detects one subwoofer and four surround speakers, “PAIR” will change from slow flashing to steady on, and after 5 seconds it will display the current channel. The subwoofer and surround speaker indicators will remain steadily lit.
Pairing timeout: If pairing is not completed within 5 minutes, pairing mode will exit. To retry, press and hold XUPMIX on the main unit for 5 seconds again. If the subwoofer and surround speakers already have pairing records, there is no need to press their pairing buttons again.
Auto‑Reconnection
When the soundbar enters pairing mode, if the subwoofer and surround speakers already have pairing records, reconnection will be completed within 3 seconds.
