Solution:
Under normal circumstances, the subwoofer and surround speakers are designed to automatically pair once powered on at the factory.
If your subwoofer and surround speakers do not automatically pair after connecting the power, please try the following steps:

Manual Pairing:

Please attempt to manually pair the subwoofer. [How to Pair the Subwoofer and Surround speakers with the Skywave F40 Air Soundbar?]

Alternatively, they can try repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting the power to see if automatic pairing resumes.

If manual pairing is also unsuccessful, or if the subwoofer and surround speakers keep disconnecting (e.g., flashing status):

  1. Restore factory settings.[How to Reset the Skywave F40 Air to Factory Settings?]

  2. Unplug and replug the power cables of subwoofer, surround speakers and soundbar, then wait for 5 minutes before powering on again.

  3. Ensure there are no wireless interference devices (e.g., routers) between the subwoofer, surround speakers and soundbar. When pairing, keep the devices within 1 meter of each other.

If the subwoofer still fails to pair or maintain the pairing, it may be faulty. There may be an issue with the device itself. In this case, we can offer warranty service. Please contact our customer support team via email at support@ultimea.com, and we will assist you further.
