Why Is Auracast Performance Poor or the Range Short?

Please note that Auracast functionality is still being refined in the current version. Actual performance can vary significantly depending on your environment, such as wall obstructions, the number of active devices, and surrounding wireless interference.

Under typical conditions (e.g., on the same floor and within 10 meters of each other), you should be able to enjoy a stable connection. However, in complex environments with walls or heavy interference, both range and stability may be reduced. In some cases, brief audio fluctuations may occur.

For a more consistent experience, we recommend using the device in open areas with minimal interference. We are continuously working to improve performance through future firmware updates – stay tuned for even better connectivity ahead.
