If your Aura A40 soundbar does not power on, please follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting customer support.
- No LED Indicator After Connecting the Power Adapter:
1. Make sure the power adapter is securely connected to both the soundbar and a working power outlet.
2. If possible, try using another compatible power adapter with the soundbar to determine whether the original adapter is faulty.
- The LED Display Shows "-" or "----", but it cannot be powered on using either the remote control or the power button on the unit, please perform the following power reset:
1. Completely disconnect the soundbar from power and unplug all connected input cables (such as Optical, AUX). Also, unplug the surround power adapters as well so that the entire system is fully powered off.
2. Leave all devices completely disconnected from power for at least 4 hours.
3. After 4 hours, connect only one input cable (such as an Optical or AUX cable) to the soundbar.
4. Reconnect the soundbar's power adapter and try turning it.
