Please try the troubleshooting as follows:

  1. We recommend using an OPT (optical) connection between the soundbar and your TV for optimal performance. After connecting to the TV, try setting the TV's audio output to PCM:
    TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM.
  2. Connect the phone and soundbar via Bluetooth.
  3. Replug the optical cable and ensure all connections are tight. If the issue persists, it may be caused by faulty cables; please try replacing the optical cable to see if it resolves the issue.
  4. You can also try a factory reset:
    With the soundbar powered on, press and hold the "DEVICE RESET" (or Mute) button on the remote for 5 seconds to initialize the device. The soundbar's LED will display "RSET" when complete.
  5. Change other audio sources for testing.
