2. Unplug and then replug the subwoofer's power cord, and re-pair it with the main soundbar. How to Pair the Subwoofer with the Skywave X100 Dual Soundbar?

3. The soundbar connects wirelessly. Please optimize the surrounding environment and placement:
① Place the subwoofer firmly on the floor, ensuring that there are no obstructions blocking the area around the subwoofer's driver.
② Maintain an appropriate distance (20–40 cm from the wall is recommended), and avoid placing the unit near routers, microwave ovens, or other high-power appliances that may cause interference.

4. Test using different audio/video files and check the audio source to confirm whether the issue originates from the source itself.

5. Try switching between different connection methods (e.g., HDMI, Optical, Bluetooth) for comparison.

6. During testing, you may appropriately lower the volume via the Ultimea app or by using the "Bass" button on the remote control.

7. Open the Ultimea app to check if any software updates are available. If so, please update to the latest version and then test again.
