  2. Keep the Bluetooth connection distance within 5 meters.

  3. If Bluetooth lag occurs, try powering off and restarting the device, then re-pair the Bluetooth connection.

  4. If a power cycle does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (press and hold the remote control’s RESET button for 5 seconds, or restore factory settings via the APP).

  5. If the above steps are ineffective, update the device to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN, and contact our customer service for a software push.
