1. If the LED on the soundbar is not on, please check whether the power adapter is properly connected and try plugging it into a different outlet to rule out a socket issue. If the LED still does not turn on, the adapter may be faulty.

2. If the LED is on but there is no sound, please try the following steps:

  • Restore the soundbar to factory settings: press and hold the Mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds until β€œRST” appears on the LED display.
  • Disconnect the soundbar completely from the power supply for at least 10 minutes. Then reconnect it and power it on.

3. If the device fails to power on after updating to the latest firmware, please unplug the power cable and leave it disconnected for about 24 hours. Then reconnect it and try powering it on to see if the issue is resolved.
