Note: Please make sure the subwoofer and soundbar are paired successfully before upgrading.

1. When upgrading through the App, the process usually takes about 15–20 minutes, though in some cases it may take 30–40 minutes. During the upgrade, do not disconnect the power and do not exit the App. Please wait patiently. The soundbar display will show the upgrade progress (0–100). To ensure a successful upgrade, please avoid performing other operations on the device during the process, such as playing music or videos.

2. If the power is interrupted or the App is accidentally closed, and the upgrade progress on the soundbar stops and no longer changes, please disconnect the power to both the soundbar and subwoofer for 1–3 minutes, then power them back on. After that, close the App completely and restart the upgrade.

3. Once the upgrade is completed, the device will automatically restart. If the device cannot reconnect to the App after restarting, please delete the device from the App, then power off the product completely for 3–5 minutes. After powering it on again, reconnect and pair the device with the App.

If the issue persists, please check the firmware version (Press and hold the "Source"  button on the remote control for 5 seconds to view the firmware version information.) and contact Ultimea customer support at support@ultimea.com for further assistance. We will service you ASAP!
