There are kinds of connection methods:
ARC > OPT > AUX > Bluetooth > USB

HDMI ARC Connection:

1. Check if the TV and sound bar is connected to the port that is marked "ARC" or"eARC" ("HDMI IN” does not support this).

2. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI (ARC/eARC) port on your TV.

3. Connect the other end to the HDMI (ARC) port on your soundbar.

4. TV Setting in detail:

A: Check if Dolby is turned off.

B: Check whether the PCM setting path is correct.
Normally as below: Settings-Sound Output-Receiver HDMI (ARC) and

Sound -Expert Settings-Digital Audio Output -PCM

5. Check if the sound bar switches to ARC mode.

6. Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely

Note If the connection and settings are correct, but there is no sound, please re-plug the HDMI cable or replace the HDMI cable

Optical Connection:

Note: Remove the protective caps of the OPT cable.

Please note that the protective caps at both ends of the OPT cable need to be removed carefully. These caps are usually in place to protect the connectors during storage and transportation. Once you are ready to use the cable, make sure to remove the caps to ensure a proper connection. Failure to remove the caps may result in a faulty connection or no signal transmission at all.

1. Connect an optical audio cable from the TV's Optical Digital Audio Out port to the OPTICAL IN port on your soundbar.

Setting in detail:

2. Check whether the PCM setting path is correct.

3.5mm-3.5mm Audio cable connection:
1.Connect an analog audio cable from the Audio Out port on the TV to the AUX port on the soundbar.
A. The connecting port of the TV is AUDIO OUT, not AUDIO IN
B. Make sure that the AUX cable is a 3.5 mm cord.
C. Make sure the TV output path is AUDIO/SOUND output and the Soundbar output is AUX mode.
2. Make sure the AUX cable is not damaged

Note: if you want to switch the output to another mode when AUX is connected, you need to unplug both ends of the AUX cable from the devices before making the switch

Bluetooth connection

1. Press the" " button on the soundbar or remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find and select "Aura S4T" to connect the soundbar.
