Issue Description
When powering on the Skywave X70 soundbar, the device volume automatically rises to the peak level within about 5-7 seconds, resulting in excessively loud sound output.
Root Cause
This issue is caused by a software bug related to the subwoofer volume control logic.
Please update the app to version V19. Refer to the update guide article for instructions.
Important:
To ensure you receive the update notification, please make sure that your Skywave X70 soundbar is powered on and connected to the Ultimea App.
