How to Resolve No Sound, Intermittent Sound, or Audio Delay Issues with the Skywave F30

  1. Please make sure all connections are properly secured and correctly plugged in.
  2. We recommend performing a power-off restart by unplugging the device completely and leaving it powered off for at least 20 minutes before turning it back on.
  3. If restarting does not resolve the issue, try restoring the device to factory settings (press and hold the mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds, or use the app to select "Restore Factory Settings").
  4. If the above solutions do not work, we suggest upgrading to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN (serial number) to our customer service at support@ultimea.com for a firmware update push.
