If you want to remove a device from the app because you can't physically pair it, the device should appear greyed out in the app, indicating it's not currently connected.

Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting a Grayed-Out Device:

  1. Open the App: Launch the app and go to the My Devices page, where all your paired devices are listed.

  2. Find the Grayed-Out Device: Identify the device that you want to delete. It should appear grayed out, indicating it's not connected.

  3. Swipe Left on the Device: On the grayed-out device, swipe left. This will reveal additional options.

  4. Tap on the "Delete Device" Button: After swiping, a Delete Device button will appear. Click on it to proceed.

  5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation window will pop up asking if you're sure you want to delete the device. Tap Confirm to complete the process.

  6. Device Successfully Deleted: After confirming, the device will be successfully removed from the app.

Note: Ensure that your own devices are properly connected and that their status is highlighted (not grayed out) before performing this action. Deleting a grayed-out device will not affect any currently connected devices.
