You can try the following solutions:
1. Make sure all cables (such as HDMI, optical, or other audio cables) are securely and properly plugged in. Loose or bad connections can cause the sound to freeze or lag.
2. Try restarting the soundbar and any connected devices (such as TV, Blu-ray player, etc.). Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary problems.
3. Make sure the audio settings on the soundbar and connected devices are correct. For example, confirm that the soundbar is set to a mode that supports Dolby Atmos and check the audio output settings of the TV or other device.
4. Try using a different HDMI or optical cable. Sometimes, the problem can be caused by a damaged or low-quality cable.
5. Connect different input sources (such as Mobile Phone, TV or DVD player) to determine if the problem only occurs on a specific input source. If other input sources work properly, it may be a problem with that specific input source.
6. If the above methods do not work, try restoring the soundbar to factory settings. This will clear all customized settings and may help resolve software issues.
