Please try the methods as follows:
1. Ensure the Soundbar Is Powered On
Make sure your soundbar is turned on and operating normally before attempting to connect through the app.
2. Check Bluetooth and Network Connections
* Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
* If your soundbar supports Wi-Fi connectivity, verify that your Wi-Fi connection is stable.
* Keep your mobile device within the recommended connection range of the soundbar.
3. Verify App Permissions
4. Check Device Compatibility & App Version
5. Remove Previous Bluetooth Connections
Old Bluetooth records may interfere with the connection process.
* Delete any existing soundbar Bluetooth list from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
* Restart phone's Bluetooth and restart the soundbar.
6. Remove and Re-Add the Device in the Ultimea App
* Open the Ultimea App.
* Navigate to the device connection page.
* Swipe the corresponding soundbar model card and delete the existing record.
* Add and pair the soundbar again.
3. Screenshot or video recording of the issue, including a description of the problem and how often it occurs
4. A photo of the device's SN barcode sticker on the back (Reference pictures for guidance)
