Due to the HDMI compatibility issues of different brands of TVs, the soundbar and TV models of certain brands may be muted (Samsung, TCL, LG).
Please try some methods as follows:
1. Re-plug the HDMI cable
2. Try switching channels. For example, if eARC is silent, switch to optical fiber, and then switch back to eARC
3. Re-plug the power cord
4. Replace with other better HDMI 2.1 cables
Before doing this, please confirm that the HDMI cable connection and sound output setting format are correct.
