    Is there an app or updates way to reset the phone has to be like within a ft or it has issues

    Suppose you need to reset the soundbar, and press and hold the "Mute" button on the remote control. For firmware updates, please refer to the following link and confirm that the current version meets the requirements before updating: Apollo S40 Custom Software V023.

    When the mobile phone connection is interrupted, please make sure that the mobile phone supports Bluetooth version 4.0 or above, and you can try other devices to test. At the same time, it is recommended to keep the distance between the mobile phone and the soundbar within 2 meters to avoid connection problems. For further help, please contact support@ultimea.com.
