Recommend connection: ARC>OPT>AUX>BT>USB
- HDMI ARC connection :
- Check if Dolby is turned off.
- Check if the TV and sound bar are connected to the port that is marked " ARC" or "eARC "("HDMI IN” is not supported).
- Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM.
For more examples of various TV brands, please refer to the attached picture.
- Check if the sound bar switches to ARC mode.
- Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely.

Optical Connection:
Note: Remove the protective caps of the OPT cable.
Please note that the protective caps at both ends of the OPT cable need to be removed carefully. These caps are usually in place to protect the connectors during storage and transportation. Once you are ready to use the cable, make sure to remove the caps to ensure a proper connection. Failure to remove the caps may result in a faulty connection or no signal transmission at all.
- Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM. For more examples of various TV brands, please refer to the attached picture.
- Check if the sound bar switches to OPT mode.
- check if the other end has a red light on, if there is no red light, we suggest that to try a new fiber optic cable.
- AUX connection:
Two kinds of AUX cable connection:
1.3.5mm-3.5mm connection
Connect an analog audio cable from the Audio Out port on the TV to the AUX port on the soundbar.
A. The connecting port of the TV is AUDIO OUT, not AUDIO IN.
B. Make sure that the AUX cable is a 3.5 mm cord.
C. Make sure the AUX cable is not damaged.
2.RCA-3.5mm connection (2 to 1 analog audio cable, Red and White Audio output ports)
Note:
1. The connecting port of the TV is AUDIO OUT, not AUDIO IN
2. If the connection and settings are correct, but there is no sound, please replace the AUX cable
- Bluetooth connection
1. Press the" ” button on the soundbar or press the" " button on the remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Go to the Bluetooth setting on your phone, find and select "Apollo S40" to connect the soundbar.
Note: If it's already in the Bluetooth mode and connected, press and hold the" " button for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and choose to connect to a new device manually on your mobile phone / PC / TV.
How to deal with Bluetooth connection failure?
- Restore factory settings.
- The soundbar switches to BT mode, and the device turns on Bluetooth to connect, Bluetooth connection is successful when hearing "connected".
- Change another device to try. Some TV models are not compatible with the soundbar.
- USB connection
The USB port is used to connect the USB flash drive(Support MP3 files with 64GB max memory), it is unable to connect your devices with the USB cable directly. When you plug your USB flash drive with music in it, the soundbar will enter USB mode and play the music automatically.
