Hi is there any chance you could sort the bass out I'm on v130 and it's still way to loud on -1 and -2 there is no bass at all so there is nothing in between it also sounds really hollow especially...

I can't turn the surround sound to -2 because if I do that that turns them off altogether which defeats the purpose of having them
