Bluetooth Is Connected, but There Is No Sound?

Possible Causes:
- Your phone is not routing audio to the Bluetooth speaker.
- The speaker is muted.
- The volume is set too low.

Solutions:
1. On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth → Connected Devices and check the audio output settings to ensure audio is routed to the Bluetooth speaker. Menu names may vary by device.
