How to Connecting the Primary and Secondary Speakers
- The primary speaker is the right-channel speaker, while the secondary speaker is the left-channel speaker.
- Use the included 2 m 4-pin S-type speaker cable to connect the SPK OUT port on the back of the primary speaker to the SPK IN port on the back of the secondary speaker. Make sure the connectors are correctly aligned and oriented. Do not force the connectors or insert them backward.
- Make sure both speakers are powered off before connecting the cable. Once the connection is complete, connect the speakers to the power supply.
How to Connecting Your Audio Source
β .RCA Connection (Red and White Connectors)
- Use the included 1.5 m 3.5 mm AUX-to-RCA cable to connect the RCA output of your audio source (such as a TV, CD player, or turntable preamp) to the RCA input on the back of the primary speaker.
- Match the connectors by color: red to red (right channel) and white to white (left channel).
- The RCA input is designed for line-level audio signals. If you are using a turntable without a built-in phono preamp, you will need an external phono preamp before connecting it to the speakers.
β ‘. Optical (TOSLINK) Connection
- Use a standard TOSLINK optical cable (not included) to connect the optical output of your TV or other audio source to the OPT port on the back of the primary speaker.
- The optical input supports audio signals up to 24-bit/96 kHz.
- The optical connector is designed to fit in one direction only. Align it correctly and do not force it into the port.
β ’. HDMI ARC Connection (BS-2 Pro Only)
- The UB001 features an HDMI ARC port (HDMI 1.4 with CEC support) on the back of the primary speaker. Use the included 1.5 m HDMI cable to connect it to the HDMI ARC port on your TV.
- The UB000 does not have an HDMI port and does not support HDMI ARC.
- If there is no sound or the connection does not work, make sure HDMI ARC and HDMI-CEC are enabled in your TV settings. Refer to your TV's user manual for instructions.
β £. USB Playback (USB Flash Drive)
- The primary speaker has a USB-A port (5 V / 0.5 A) for playing MP3 and FLAC audio files from a USB flash drive.
- For reliable playback, observe the following requirements:
- File system: FAT32 only. NTFS, exFAT, ext4, and other file systems are not supported.
- Maximum capacity: 128 GB. For larger drives, partition the drive into separate partitions of 128 GB or less, if supported.
- Supported audio formats: MP3 and FLAC only. AAC, WAV, WMA, APE, and other formats are not supported.
- File organization: For best results, store only MP3 and FLAC audio files on the USB drive and avoid deeply nested folders.
- The USB port also serves as a factory OTA firmware update port and can be used for firmware updates via a USB flash drive when instructed.
V. Bluetooth Connection
- Press the Bluetooth (BT) button on the remote control or speaker panel to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The blue LED will flash slowly.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or other compatible device and select the corresponding speaker name:
- UB000: BS2
- UB001: BS2 Pro
- The name displayed in the app may differ from the Bluetooth device name.
