How to Connect the Aura A40 Pro/ Aura S4T Pro Subwoofer & No Sound Problem?

Subwoofer connection:

The subwoofer and soundbar are connected via a wired connection. Simply connect the wire from the back of the subwoofer to the SUB OUT port on the Soundbar.

Subwoofer Not Working

1. Place the subwoofer on a stable, level surface on the floor.

2. Make sure that no objects are blocking the sound-emitting drivers of the soundbar or subwoofer.

3. Press the Bass + button on the remote control to increase the bass level to +3 or higher. Then, play a bass-heavy song and turn the volume up to the maximum level. Place your hand near the subwoofer to check whether you can feel any vibration.
