If the surround speakers on your Aura A40 Pro/ Aura S4T Pro are not working, follow the troubleshooting steps below according to which speakers are affected.
-
Front Surround Speakers Not Working:
1. Check the RCA audio cable connections. Disconnect and reconnect the RCA audio cables for the left and right surround speakers, ensuring that all connections are secure.
2. Try different RCA audio cables. You can also swap the rear surround speaker cable connections to help identify the cause. -
Rear Surround Speakers Not Working:
Check whether the indicator lights on the rear surround speakers are illuminated.
1. If the indicator lights are off: Disconnect and reconnect the power adapters to ensure they are properly connected. If you have a compatible universal power adapter, try using it to determine whether the original adapter is faulty.2. If the indicator lights are on: Check the pairing status. A solid indicator light means the surround speakers are successfully paired with the soundbar. If they are paired but still produce no sound, proceed to the next step.
① Open the ULTIMEA app and update the soundbar to the latest available firmware version.
② Press and hold the Mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds to restore the soundbar to its factory settings.
③ Place the rear surround speakers within 50 cm (approximately 20 inches) of the soundbar, then manually pair them with the soundbar again.
④ Disconnect and reconnect the RCA audio cables for the left and right surround speakers, ensuring that all connections are secure. If the issue persists, try different RCA audio cables to rule out a cable fault.
If the issue persists after you have completed the relevant troubleshooting steps, please contact support@ultimea.com for further assistance.
