OTA Upgrade Instructions

Firmware upgrades are an important way to optimize system performance. Please strictly follow the procedure below.

Preparation Before Upgrade

Before upgrading, please ensure that the soundbar and subwoofer are paired and connected.

Upgrade Procedure and Time

1. Upgrading the Soundbar via the APP takes approximately 15–20 minutes; in some cases, it may take 30–40 minutes. During the upgrade process, please do not disconnect power, exit the APP, or switch to the background. Please wait patiently. During the upgrade, the Soundbar will display the upgrade progress (0–100). While the upgrade is in progress, please avoid any other operations on the device (such as playing music or media content).

2. If an abnormal power failure or APP exit occurs, or if the Soundbar gets stuck at a certain progress point and stops changing, please power off both the soundbar and the subwoofer completely for 1–3 minutes, then power them back on, force quit the APP, and retry the upgrade.

3. After the upgrade is completed, the product will restart automatically. If the device cannot reconnect to the APP after restarting, please delete the device from the APP, power off all units completely for 3–5 minutes, power them back on, and then re‑pair and reconnect the device.
