If your Aura A60 Pro subwoofer produces unwanted noise, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Keep the Subwoofer Input Cable Away from Power Cables

Keep the subwoofer input cable separate from other power cables. Avoid routing the input cable alongside or parallel to power cables, as this may cause interference and unwanted noise.

2. Reconnect and Clean the Connections

Disconnect and reconnect the subwoofer cable to ensure that it is securely connected. If necessary, carefully clean the connectors and ports to ensure a proper connection.

3. Keep the Soundbar and Subwoofer Away from Sources of Interference

Keep the soundbar and subwoofer away from devices that may cause wireless interference, such as Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, signal amplifiers, and other devices that generate strong wireless signals.

4. Reset the Soundbar to Factory Settings

Press and hold the Mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds to restore the soundbar to its factory settings.

5. Update the Firmware to the Latest Version

Open the Ultimea App and check whether the soundbar's firmware is up to date. If a newer firmware version is available, please update the device to the latest version.

If the noise persists after trying all the steps above, please contact support@ultimea.com for further assistance.
