Poseidon R3T Soundbar No Sound?

Please press the "Mute" button on the remote control to ensure that the soundbar is not muted. Please use the "Volume Up" button on the remote control or the buttons located on the top of the soundbar to increase the volume.

1. If there is no sound when connected via HDMI
① Please verify that the connection is secure and the settings are configured correctly (the TV port must be labeled HDMI eARC/ARC), and ensure that the TV's audio output format is set to PCM.Multiple Connection Methods for Poseidon R3T Soundbar 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
② Try using a different HDMI cable, or disconnect and reconnect the current HDMI cable. ③ Press and hold the "Device Reset" button for five seconds to restore the device to its factory settings. ④ Try connecting via an alternative method—for example, connecting to the TV via the OPTICAL port or connecting to a mobile phone via Bluetooth for testing.
If the connection and settings are correct, the cable is functional, and the Bluetooth connection to a mobile phone works properly, the issue may be an incompatibility with the TV or a failure of the device's port to transmit audio signals. (If this issue occurred immediately upon receiving and using the device, it is highly likely a compatibility issue; if it occurred suddenly after a period of normal use, it may indicate a device malfunction.)
If there is still no sound even when connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, you can quickly conclude that the soundbar itself is defective.

2. If there is no sound when connected via OPTICAL
① Please verify that the connection is secure and the settings are configured correctly (the TV port must be an "Optical Out" port, not an "In" port), and ensure that the TV's audio output format is set to PCM or Stereo.
② Verify that the optical cable is functioning correctly: insert one end of the cable into the OPTICAL port of a powered-on device, then check the other end of the cable to see if a red light is visible (if there is no light, the cable is damaged and needs to be replaced). ③ Press and hold the "Device Reset" button on the remote control to restore the device to its factory settings. ④ Try connecting via an alternative method—for example, connecting to the TV via HDMI or connecting to a mobile phone via Bluetooth for testing.
If the connection and settings are correct, the cable is functional, and the Bluetooth connection to a mobile phone works properly, the issue may be an incompatibility with the TV or a failure of the device's port to transmit audio signals. (If this issue occurred immediately upon receiving and using the device, it is highly likely a compatibility issue; if it occurred suddenly after a period of normal use, it may indicate a device malfunction.)
If there is still no sound even when connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, you can quickly conclude that the soundbar itself is defective.
