Please ensure that the soundbar and subwoofer are paired and connected before upgrading
1.The Soundbar connection APP upgrade takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, and in some cases, it may take 30 to 40 minutes. During the upgrade process, please do not cut off the power or exit the APP. Please wait patiently. During the upgrade process, the Soundbar will display the upgrade progress (0-100). During the upgrade process, try to keep the device free from any other operations except for the upgrade (such as playing music or video sources, etc.).
2. If there is an abnormal power outage or the APP exits, and the Soundbar gets stuck at a certain progress and no longer changes, please power off both the soundbar and the subwoofer for 1 to 3 minutes, then power them back on and kill the APP, and upgrade again.
3.After the upgrade is completed, the product will automatically restart. If the device cannot reconnect to the APP after the restart, please delete the device from the APP, then power off the entire product for 3 to 5 minutes, power it on again, and re-pair and reconnect.
If you still have any questions, please check the version number (in OPT mode, hold down the OPT key for 5 seconds to view the version number), and contact customer service to provide the version number information.
