How to Fix Other Issues on the Aura A40 Pro ( No Sound, Intermittent Sound, Audio Delay, or “Not Support” Displayed on the Screen) ?

  1. Try switching the input channel or adjusting the volume up and down to see if the issue is resolved.
  1. If switching channels or adjusting the volume does not work, please restart the device.
  1. If restarting does not resolve the issue, please perform a factory reset by either pressing and holding the remote control’s device reset button for 5 seconds or select the factory reset option via the app.
  1. If restoring factory settings does not work, please unplug the power for 3–5 minutes, then power the device back on and try switching channels or adjusting the volume again.

Should the above steps fail to resolve the problem, please update the device to the latest firmware version. Kindly provide your current firmware version  (You can find instructions on how to find firmware versions here: https://support.ultimea.com/hc/en-us/articles/55662132230169-How-to-Check-the-Firmware-Version ) along with the SN (Serial Number) located on the bottom of the soundbar and contact our customer service. We will then remotely push the appropriate recovery software to determine whether it resolves the issue.
