If you experience issues such as no sound, intermittent audio, or sound delay on your Skywave X70 after using it for a while, please try the following steps in order:
1.Power Restart
We recommend turning off the soundbar completely, unplugging it from the power source for about 1 minute, and then powering it back on.
2. Factory Reset
If the issue persists after a power cycle, please perform a factory reset using one of the following methods:
Press and hold the Mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds, or
Open the ULTIMEA App and select Factory Reset from the settings menu.
3. Check TV Audio Output Settings
If you are using HDMI eARC/ARC and there is no sound, please ensure your TV’s audio output format is set to Auto, Passthrough, or PCM (PCM is required if your TV only supports ARC).
If you are using an Optical (OPT) connection, please make sure the TV’s audio output format is set to PCM.
4. Test with a Different Cable
Try using a higher-quality HDMI or Optical cable to rule out any cable-related issues.
5. Bluetooth Test (Speaker Check)
If all settings and cables are correct, please connect the soundbar to your smartphone via Bluetooth and play music. This helps quickly determine whether the soundbar speakers are functioning properly.
6. Software Update–Related Issues
If this issue occurred after a software update, please contact Ultimea Customer Support and explain the situation. Kindly provide the following information to help us assist you more efficiently:
The device serial number (SN), located on the bottom of the main soundbar
Your ULTIMEA ID, which can be found in the ULTIMEA App under the Profile page
This information will allow our technical team to better diagnose and resolve the issue.
