After you have connected the power cord, please press the Power button and wait until "----" appears on the screen of the soundbar before switching the mode.【ARC/BT/OPT】
Please first confirm whether the issue occurs after a firmware update or if the device suddenly won’t turn on during normal use.
Please try the steps as follows:
1. Make sure to disconnect the soundbar completely from all sources. Do not connect any cables to the soundbar. (All sound input needs to be removed and power disconnected from the back of the soundbar)
2. Unplug the soundbar power cord and the subwoofer power cable and wait 30 minutes
3. Leave everything unplugged and off for a minimum of 4 hours.
4. After four hours, plug back in the sound input (HDMI ARC, Optical).
5. Next, plug the sound bar into the power to try to turn on the soundbar.
If this issue persists, please contact Ultimea customer support at support@ultimea.com for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the steps in the FAQ so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
Note:
If the device cannot power on after upgrading the firmware through the app, please contact our support team and provide your order information along with the serial number (SN) of the main soundbar so we can arrange the return for a replacement process under warranty.
