  1. We recommend performing a power-off restart.
  2. If restarting does not resolve the issue, try restoring the device to factory settings (press and hold the mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds, or use the app to select "Restore Factory Settings").
  3. If the above solutions do not work, we suggest upgrading to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN (serial number) to our customer service at support@ultimea.com for a firmware update push.
