How to Resolve Bluetooth Connectivity and Latency Issues on the Skywave F40 Boom?

  1. We recommend using a smartphone as the preferred device for Bluetooth playback.

  2. Keep the Bluetooth connection distance within 5 meters for optimal performance.

  3. If you experience Bluetooth lag or stuttering, try unplugging the power and restarting the soundbar, then re-pair the Bluetooth connection.

  4. If restarting doesn’t resolve the issue, try restoring the factory settings (press and hold the "Mute" button on the remote for 5 seconds, or tap "Restore Factory Settings" in the app).

  5. If none of the above steps work, please update the soundbar to the latest firmware version.
     - At the same time, provide your current firmware version and SN number and contact our support team at support@ultimea.com so we can assist you with a firmware upgrade.
