① Use the Rear Surround Cables (SL & SR) to connect the subwoofer and surround speakers, please pay attention to match the same color interfaces on the surround speakers with the corresponding ones on the subwoofer, and place the surround speakers accordingly.
② Use power cable to connect your subwoofer and power port.
If the connections are correct but there's still no surround sound, follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Check Power Connection: Ensure the subwoofer is properly connected to a working power source. Try unplugging and reconnecting the power cable.
-
Verify Audio Source Settings:
- Make sure the content supports surround sound (e.g., movies, games, or multi-channel music).
- Check your device's audio output settings (TV, DVD, gaming console) to confirm it's set to PCM.
-
Ensure Proper Sound Mode:
- Make sure the system is in the correct sound mode, such as MOVIE or SURROUND level is maximum.
-
Check Speaker Connections:
- Confirm the surround speaker cables (SL & SR) are securely connected to the matching color-coded ports on the subwoofer.
- Ensure the surround speakers are placed correctly on the left and right sides.
- Replace new surround speaker cables.
-
Reset the System:
- Restart or reset the sound system to default settings, then reconfigure the surround sound.
-
Check for Hardware Issues:
- Inspect the speakers and subwoofer for any physical damage or malfunctions.
