The subwoofer has been paired with the soundbar by factory. If there is no sound coming from the subwoofer, you need to re-pair the soundbar with the subwoofer.

Step 1:
Press and hold the β€œSUB PAIR” button on the remote control for 3 seconds, the display will show β€œ-” flashing.
Step 2:
Press and hold the "PAIR" button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds, the white LED will be fast flashing. The white LED will be always on when the subwoofer is paired successfully.

If the subwoofer does not produce sound or fails to pair using the steps provided, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check Power Connections:

    • Ensure both the soundbar and the subwoofer are plugged into a working power outlet and are powered on.
  2. Reduce Interference:

    • Keep the subwoofer and soundbar within a reasonable range (ideally within 10 meters) and ensure there are no large objects or walls between them that could block the wireless signal.
  3. Reset the Subwoofer and Soundbar:

    • Turn off both the subwoofer and soundbar, unplug them from the power source for about 1 minute, then plug them back in and repeat the pairing process.
  4. Try Re-pairing in a Different Environment:

    • Temporarily move both devices to a different location to rule out potential interference from other wireless devices, such as Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, or microwaves.
  5. Factory Reset:

    • As a last resort, you can try resetting the soundbar and subwoofer to their factory settings, and then repeat the pairing process from scratch. Refer to the Restore Factory
