Please follow the steps as below:
Scenario 1:
1. Connect the soundbar's HDMI eARC port to the laser tv's HDMI eARC port using an HDMI cable.
2. Connect the soundbar's HDMI IN port to the set-top box's HDMI OUT port using another HDMI cable.
3. Set the soundbar's output format to HDMI IN mode using the soundbar remote.
4. Ensure the laser tv's signal source is set to HDMI eARC.
In this setup, the laser tv will display the set-top box's video, and the soundbar will output the audio in HDMI IN mode.

Scenario 2:
1. Connect the soundbar's HDMI eARC port to the projector's HDMI eARC port using an HDMI cable.
2. Connect the laser tv's HDMI 1 port (IN) to the set-top box's HDMI (OUT) port using another HDMI cable.
3. Set the soundbar's output format to eARC mode using the soundbar remote.
4. Ensure the laser tv's signal source is set to the HDMI port connected to the set-top box (HDMI 1).

In this configuration, the laser tv will display the set-top box's video, and the soundbar will output the audio in eARC mode.

Scenario 3:
If you are playing content directly from the laser tv and want the soundbar to output the audio:
1. Connect the soundbar's HDMI eARC port to the laser tv's HDMI eARC port using an HDMI cable.
2. Set the soundbar's input mode to eARC.
3. Ensure the laser tv's signal source is set to HDMI 2 (the HDMI eARC port).
In this scenario, the soundbar can produce audio without connecting to a set-top box.

If there is no sound, you can use the Bluetooth of the soundbar to connect to the Bluetooth of the laser TV. If it can sound normally, it means that there is no problem with the device, but the problem is caused by the wired connection or settings.
