1.Bluetooth constant disconnection issue:
This usually indicates weak Bluetooth signal reception. Please move your audio source device closer to the soundbar and remove any obstacles between the Bluetooth device and the soundbar.
2. Soundbar ID not found during Bluetooth connection, please follow the steps below:
- Please check the pairing status of the Aura A60 : a flashing Bluetooth indicator means the device is in pairing mode, while a solid light indicates that the connection has been successfully established. If the device is already connected, it may not be discoverable by another device. In that case, press and hold the Bluetooth (BT) button for 5 seconds to disconnect the current device, then try pairing with the desired device again.
- Try connecting with another device to check whether it is a compatibility issue. We recommend connecting to a mobile device rather than a TV for better compatibility.
3. If you are experiencing Bluetooth pairing failure, please follow the steps below:
- Press and hold the MUTE button on the remote control for 5 seconds to reset the soundbar to factory settings.
- Move your device closer to the soundbar to ensure a stronger signal.
- Remove any obstacles or electronic devices that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
- Restart both your device and the soundbar before attempting to connect again.
- Try connecting with another device to check whether it is a compatibility issue. We recommend connecting to a mobile device rather than a TV for better compatibility.
- Check whether the Bluetooth function on your phone is working properly.
