Possible Causes:

  • Ambient light is too strong, interfering with the screen’s color performance.
  • The projector’s color settings are incorrect.
  • The screen surface is damaged or stained.

Solution:

  • Reduce ambient light: Although the Photon E-ALR screen rejects 80% of ambient light, excessive lighting (like direct sunlight or strong indoor lights) can still affect image quality. Try dimming the lights or using curtains to improve color accuracy.
  • Adjust the projector’s color settings: Access the projector’s settings menu to adjust the color balance or switch to a preset mode (such as cinema or standard mode) to optimize color output.
  • Inspect the screen surface: Check if the screen is stained or damaged, which could be affecting color display. Gently clean it with a damp cloth.
